This allows you to renew your SIngle or Multiple Re-entry visa into Canada.

Off-Campus Work Permit - Online Application
You may apply for an off-campus work permit allowing you 20 hours a week while studying and 40 hours a week during your vacation period, if you meet certain requirements and have a 2.5 cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA).

This permit is required for all co-op internships, externships, field placements and volunteer work.

If you do not have a Social Insurance Number (SIN), you must apply for an ITN so that you can claim a refund for housing, text books and so on, in the next tax year. Social Insurance Numbers are only available to those who work on-campus or have an Off-Campus Work Permit.
