Subject Title
Hospitality Risk Management and Guest Security

Subject Description
This course will evaluate the importance of the assessment and management of risks in the hospitality industry. Through examination of legislation and legal case studies, the student will examine the variety of risks, including operational and guest and employee safety, to develop a risk management plan that is applicable to hospitality businesses.

Credit Status
One Credit towards the Global Hospitality Operations Management Graduate Certificate.
