Subject Title
Aviation Project Course

Subject Description
This course is an open course ?thesis? type project that the student will work on during the semester and will be mentored by a team of Professors. The student will select a topic or issue they want to expand and develop a strategy that will benefit the aviation industry. Students present it the ASE Project Board and once accepted they will develop the project with the direct support of one sponsor member of the ASE Project Board. Final Presentation will be made to an independent group for assessment and marking.

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject the student will be able to:

1. Apply principles, theories and skills learned in previous courses to realistic aviation safety program challenges.
2. Develop design and troubleshooting methodologies
3. Demonstrate  effective teamwork and project management
4. Combine and improve technical writing and presentation skills
5. Prepare a capstone report and deliver to a ASE Project Board
